Eligibility

Payment Authorization

By initiating a transaction, the User:

• ✔ Authorizes the Company and its banking/financial partners to debit the selected payment instrument.
• ✔ Confirms lawful ownership and authorization to use such payment instrument.
• ✔ Agrees that transactions are subject to verification, authorization, and approval by banks, card networks, NPCI, and regulatory authorities.

Courses & Certification

• ✔ Course access, duration, curriculum, assessments, and certification criteria are clearly mentioned on the respective course pages.
• ✔ Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of course requirements, as defined for each program.

Fees & Payments

• ✔ TCourse fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as mentioned.
• ✔ Applicable convenience fees, gateway charges, taxes, or service fees (if any) will be displayed before payment confirmation.
• ✔ All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

• ✔ We do not store your credit/debit card or UPI details.
• ✔ Successful payment confirmation is required to activate access to paid courses

User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• ✔ Share, copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell course content, videos, materials, or certificates.
• ✔ Misuse the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• ✔ Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other user accounts
• ✔ Violation of RBI, FEMA, PMLA, IT Act, or any applicable law

The Company may suspend or report such transactions without notice.

Intellectual Property

• ✔ All course content, videos, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and materials are the intellectual property of Waytoogreen or its content partners.
• ✔ Users are granted a limited, nontransferable, nonexclusive license to access the content for personal learning purposes only.

Platform Availability

• ✔ We strive to ensure uninterrupted access; however, availability may be affected due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events.
• ✔ Temporary interruptions shall not constitute grounds for refunds or claims.

Third-Party Dependencies

• ✔ Waytoogreen shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or courses.
• ✔ Course outcomes may vary depending on individual effort, background, and application.

Termination of Access

• ✔ We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access for breach of these Terms, misuse, or violation of applicable laws.
• ✔ Upon termination, access to paid content may be revoked without refund.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• ✔ These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• ✔ Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

Changes to Terms

• ✔ We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• ✔ Updated Terms will be effective upon posting on the website.

Grievance Redressal & Contact Information

Users may raise grievances or complaints relating to payments, course access, certification, refunds, or misuse of personal data by writing to the above email ID.

All grievances shall be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 15 working daysfrom the date of receipt.
