Hiring: Content Writer (Digital, Marketing & Learning Content)

📍 Location: Chennai | 🕒 Full-time

Role Overview

We are looking for a Content Writer who can create clear, engaging, and purpose-driven content for marketing, branding, digital platforms, and learning (LMS).  This role focuses only on content creation-not design, video editing, or production management.

Ideal Candidate

  1. Strong command of written English (Tamil knowledge is a plus)
  2. Experience writing for digital platforms and learning content
  3. Can translate ideas into clear, audience-focused messaging
  4. Comfortable collaborating with design and video teams
  5. Familiarity with AI-assisted writing tools (for research and drafts)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Write content for: Course modules, LMS content, and learning scripts
  2. Develop:
  3. Video scripts and voiceover scripts
  4. Storyboards (content flow, not visuals)
  5. Emailers, blogs, and presentations
  6. Ensure:
  7. Content accuracy, clarity, and brand tone
  8. Alignment with marketing and learning objectives
  9. Use AI tools for:
  10. Research, outlines, and first drafts
  11. Content variations (headlines, captions)
  12. Revise content based on feedback from the Production Manager
