Hiring: Creative Production Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Production Manager who can plan, coordinate, and control creative production across video, audio, graphic design, and content teams.

This role is not an editing or design role-it is a leadership and delivery role.

Ideal Candidate

  1. Strong experience managing creative teams or agencies
  2. Understands video, audio, and design workflows (hands-on knowledge preferred, execution not required)
  3. Can balance speed, quality, and cost
  4. Comfortable working with AI-assisted production systems

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own production planning, timelines, and output quality
  2. Coordinate Video Engineers, Sound Engineers, Designers, and Writers
  3. Review and approve creative outputs for brand and quality
  4. Ensure smooth pre-production → post-production workflows
  5. Implement AI-based planning, automation, and efficiency tools
  6. Ensure ethical and licensed use of AI-generated content
  7. Act as the single point of accountability for delivery

This role suits someone who leads, reviews, and delivers—not executes.
