This Return & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs cancellations, returns, and refunds initiated through the payment platform operated by Waytoogreen Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy available on the website

Course Purchase Policy

Waytoogreen primarily offers digital, nontangible, and irrevocable learning services delivered via an online LMS. Once a paid course is activated and access is granted, it is considered consumed.

Cancellation Policy

User:

• ✔ Users may request cancellation only before accessing the course content.
• ✔ Once course access is activated (login, video viewed, material downloaded, or assessment attempted), cancellation requests will not be entertained.
• ✔ Acceptance of cancellation is subject to the Company’s cancellation terms, including time limits and eligibility.
• ✔ The Company does not guarantee cancellation once a payment has been successfully processed.

Company:

The Company reserves the right to cancel an order due to reasons including but not limited to:

• ✔ Unavailability of goods or services
• ✔ Pricing or technical errors.
• ✔ Regulatory or compliance issues.
• ✔ Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, the User shall be eligible for a refund as per Section 3 of this Policy

Refund Policy:

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• ✔ Duplicate payment made due to technical error.
• ✔ Payment debited but course access not granted due to system failure.
• ✔ Successful cancellation accepted by the Company.
• ✔ Failed or duplicate transactions .
• ✔ Company initiated order cancellation.
• ✔ PServices not rendered, subject to the Company confirmation .
• ✔ Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method
• ✔ Refund eligibility is subject to verification and compliance with applicable laws.

Mode of Refund :

• ✔ Refunds shall be credited only to the original payment source used at the time of transaction.
• ✔ No cash or alternative mode refunds shall be permitted.

Non Refundable ScenariosRefundable Scenarios:

No refunds shall be issued in the following cases:

• ✔ Change of mind after course access is granted.
• ✔ Partial completion of course.
• ✔ Failure to complete course within validity period.
• ✔ Dissatisfaction with course content, delivery, or outcomes.
• ✔ Incorrect course selection by the user.

Certificate Related PolicyRelated Policy:

• ✔ Fees paid for certification, assessments, or evaluation components are nonrefundable.
• ✔ No refund shall be provided once a certificate is issued or assessment attempt is made.

Chargebacks & Disputes:

• ✔ Users are encouraged to contact Waytoogreen support before initiating chargebacks.
• ✔ Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension or permanent blocking.

Fraud & Abuse:

The Company reserves the right to deny refunds or cancellations in cases of:

• ✔ Fraudulent transactions
• ✔ Abuse of refund policies
• ✔ Violation of applicable laws or platform Terms

Such cases may be reported to regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

• ✔ Consumer Protection Act, 2019

• ✔ Applicable banking and financial regulations in India

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Revised versions shall be effective upon publication on the website.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
